These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TalentFlow, a recruiting analytics platform operated by Euclid Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using TalentFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

TalentFlow is an internal business tool provided to authorized employees, contractors, and partners of Euclid Innovations. You must have a valid account provisioned by a Company administrator to use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use TalentFlow only for legitimate business purposes related to recruiting operations.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized individuals.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service.
• Not attempt to access data or features beyond your authorized role and permissions.

3. Google Account Integration

TalentFlow offers optional Google account integration for AI-powered features. When you connect your Google account:

• We request limited OAuth scopes solely to enable Gemini AI functionality.
• Your Google access token is stored securely and used only to make API calls on your behalf.
• You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your profile page.
• We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service beyond the Generative Language API.

4. AI Chatbot

TalentFlow includes an AI chatbot ("Euclidea AI") that answers questions about recruiting data. AI-generated responses are informational and may not always be accurate. You should verify important data before making business decisions based on chatbot answers.

5. Data Ownership

All data within TalentFlow (candidate pipelines, recruiter metrics, contacts, etc.) is owned by Euclid Innovations. You may not export, copy, or distribute this data outside of authorized business use.

6. Intellectual Property

TalentFlow, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Euclid Innovations. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TalentFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Euclid Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use TalentFlow ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TalentFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
